Never take Iodine internally.Just paint some tincture
on the body and if your body is starving for iodine
you will see your body using the painted Iodine in the whole body.
Thats when you know it works.

When you see that you dont need anymore dont paint again till you feel so.

Lugols internally made to me so much inflamamton i was sleeping the whole day.ITS POISON.AS SELENIUM BEING MADE FROM WASTE.

You know that something is not a poison when it tastes good.
Taste is a gatekeeper for bad things to enter the body from an evolutionary point of view.

And come all of you people to dismiss the above!!!!!

So just paint some Iodine and examine yourself.
