Nothing, feel no differant than if I was living normal. I can only proclaim the Longevity with the 8 LBB capsules is doing the trick, unless it is the 1 graprefruit I am juicing with the oranges??? This is a strange fast and looks like it is going to be a long one.............................. The first 9 days have been so easy I can't tell I am on a fast.

Everything has more meaning while your fasting, even the shows that you watch, the people that come in contact with you, etc., etc. Nothing ever happens by mistake, because GOD is 100% in control of your personal everyday education.
