More energy - always a welcome symptom, hehe! I plan to go up to 2 grams within the next month.
I'm experiencing some itchy skin. I don't know if this is a detox symptom? Just itchy skin and no rashes. I'm not really seeing it listed as a common symptom anywhere. I'm taking a combination of Lugols and Iodoral.
