Hi! I have had tons of hypothyroid symptoms. Fatigue, lethargy, hair loss, brittle, "crispy" straw like hair, weird skin issues, brittle nails, Depression to the point of hopelessness, you name it. I don't have any medical insurance, so last April I went to a no referral lab and had a thyroid panel drawn. TSH, T3 and T4, no antibody.

What do you think of the results? The labs range is within parenthesis :


Free T4 0,92         ( ref 0,89-1,76).           units: ng/dl
Free T3  3,5           ( 2,3- 5,0).                    units: pg/ml
TSH  1,10                   ( 0,40- 4,0).               units: ulU/ml


I know they're within the acceptable range, but I see my T4 is quite low. What could I possible take, OTC, to see if I gain some energy back and perhaps kickstart a sluggish thyroid? I'm most grateful for help and answers. Please, help me! Thank you.
