I started off with c.difficil 7-8 months ago, followed by candida which I still have now. Lately my lymph nodes in my neck have been swelling up pretty big, since this has happened I've been getting burning/pain in my neck and head.

How can i remove toxins from my lymph system? I've tried rebounding on a trampoline but haven't noticed any significant difference.

I have a skin brush and have tried hot bath's but I can't seem to get my body to sweat much.

Any advice!?
