this is actually a sore subject for me.

You basically have about ten seconds to sell your opportunity to communicate with ANYbody these days.

You don't make a point, or make it clear what you wish to discuss in less than 15 seconds, they're on to the next guy.

Or, like I've been told, "can it wait for a commercial?"
