Does he complain about it? How old is he? Might try making coconut oil "cubes". It's my favorite. Pour into an icecube tray and stick in fridge until very hard. Remove from fridge and allow to soften just enough to slice each cube into three or four smaller pieces. Return to fridge until very hard again. Remove and place the small cubes into a container and keep in fridge. Give him one small cube at a time and allow him to suck on it, swallowing naturally instead of forcing it like medicine. Tastes better and easy on the stomach.
