Kevin used to be a "hero" to me of sorts. He did introduce many to alternatives, yes.

However, when I purchased that very book you mentioned, most of the 'major' cures were to be 'found' on a website that he had created...but was not yet accessible but coming soon....

Trouble was? When I got that far?

You had to "join" and become a member to learn of the "cures 'they' don't want you to know about" that I expected to read about in his $40 book!!!

How much extra would I have to PAY to be a MEMBER of said website?
