Good herbs...healthy diet...take sleep and rest...yoga..etc

keep toxins out as much as possible

clean up your liver and kidneys...OJ fast for a few weeks...get back close to nature...and the body should re-adjust

Good luck with the hormone thing..I have had similar issues...

I have heard a major issue behind hormone issues is parasites draining the adrenals/endocrine system etc...I wasted lots of time and money on supplemants before I found this site...

I feel better than ever and I take ZERO pills...only depend on proper diet and rest the body
