MVI 3999 MORE SPRAYED SKY , AND A BONUS "UFO CLOAKED AS A BIRD", @ 24 to 25 seconds and as the video closes at 26 seconds look up just above the roof and you will see the last frame of this bird and he still isn't flapping.
THIS "BIRD ", WAS VERY CLOSE AND SHOULD HAVE FLAPPED HIS WINGS AS WELL BE IN FOCUS

This video shows the aerosol clouds that they have been spraying here , also has several shots of real birds flying and it is to see that they are real birds , not ufo's cloaked as birds.
