Thank you so much. I have been on a low carb diet, but it is frustrating not being able to lose weight, even doing that. I notice in the past week while taking 125 mg that some of my fat is starting to melt, shockingly enough. I'm not overweight, but have about 12 pounds to lose that I've tried everything to take off, but have been unsuccessful.
