You'll mess up the ketosis part!

Breaking an extended fast is touchy. It must be done with caution. People who didn't learn about how to specifically and cautiously and correctly break a fast could have killed themselves doing so.

I should know; I'm one of them, and posted here about it.

Once you start eating again, you MUST find the will to do it VERY slowly.

The desire to eat more than you should can be intense.
