I am so glad to have found this website and your comments and questions ladies!
I have exactly the same question, what health implications, specially irreversible, if any, one might have with high does of Lugol's solution. Is there really a danger for the Thyroid from Iodine or not?
I am trying to shrink my large fibroids from information on the Internet. Iodine + Vit C, Selenium , magnesium etc... all from the web, specially breastcanserchoices website. I went and consulted with 4 doctors who had no idea what I am talking about. What's happening to the medical system????
Shame on you!

It is hard to trust a doctor!
I currently take a very low dose of lugol's. 3 drops and I paint below my stomach it has been a month....some guidance will be appreciated
