It is certainly necessary for me. When I tried even two drops a day, I had migraines so badly I thought I was going to die and my body broke out in horrible sores. I was raised on white bread, so my body is so full of bromide that I can't go fast. Well, I could if I wanted to look like a Zombie straight out of The Living Dead. Right now, I'm on 1/2 drop of 5% a day, and on day three, my scalp is already breaking out in sores. I have to go three days on, two days off. Everyone is different.
