I agree wholeheartedly with pioneer1, cleansing is imperative.
Let me explain in case no one else has: In normal everyday functions, the body has toxins to get rid of. The body sends it thru the blood stream. There happens to be a well designed huge blood supply right next to the colon. The blood tries to pass these toxins into the colon wall, but lo & behold you have plaque “stuff” that has accumulated on the inside of the colon & it’s been there for yrs. So, where is the blood going to dump it next? Kidneys & liver. When they get clogged up so bad it next goes to the lungs [bad breath] & skin. Hence Sutter & Schulze [& others] insist on a cleanse of the colon, kidneys, liver. [Sweating is good. Look how many outdoor construction workers can smoke & drink with no seemingly heath issues]
A number of yrs ago, the Dr had me do a colon cleanse for a month. While I was not one that stunk up the restroom like others, during that month I out did all the others. Showed me I had stuff in me that had accumulated for yrs & needed to come out.
A workmate the next desk over had extremely bad breath. The nicotine cessation product included a cleanse routine. His breath improved.
Of the Schulze products, the ICF #1 and ICF #2 are the most affordable. The directions explain when to introduce ICF #2. No reason not to get started right away.
