I agree Onwards. I have stopped sweating again, and I think it was because of using too much magnesium oil. I am going to take a break from it. Oddly, if it lowers your sodium, your adrenals probably have to work a little harder to get sodium back up. (more aldosterone). It sure is a fine balancing act.
