Unfortunately, I had to stop using the Bepanthen. I just felt that I hit a plateau with it. I noticed a lot of white slime while using Bepanthen because surprisingly, while it kept my lips moisturized, it was drying out my inner mucosa.

I am now applying coconut oil to my lips and I feel that it is helping more than the Bepanthen because I can actually see how the lip skin is trying to fuse with the inner mucosa. The coconut oil is also keeping bacteria at bay, something the Bepanthen wasn't doing.

I am pulling with the coconut oil at least 2 or more times a day. I oil pulled with it like 4 times the first day I got it, really good stuff.

I am currently using the coconut oil below.
