Thank you for this. I have a feeling this is true for me as well. I have not had coffee or tea for 10 days, 3 hours and 16 minutes (just kidding - but it's been 10 days). I'll see if it gets better. I already quit gluten years ago, so we'll see. Also, I've been fatigued as well. I only had about 1 latte a day, but no longer. It's herbal tea now. Actually, when I drank green tea, it was even worse! ???
