Following the rainy's advice I started a new thread.

I hope new thread to be more successful to me as I failed with my last dry fasting experiment. I didn't stick to Filonov advises and I ate lots of apples and grapes.
I didn't feel discomfort but I know that breaking the fast is more important than the fasting. The pancreas could be damaged if the breaking is not performed correctly.

So if someone know a tricks how to overcome the breaking without overeating I am open to your suggestions.
