I had tried both ARL and TEI. I'm not saying NB doesn't work. I'm just saying that the magnesium oil put me in a place that I was so sick, I needed a change. I was no longer able to tolerate any calcium, magnesium, potassium, copper, etc. The adrenal glandular wasn't helping my symptoms at all. If you can't tolerate the supplements, its impossible to do NB. So thats why I've made this change.

I do intend to go back to NB... I just need to see if I can get my sodium/potassium ratio to improve (hopefully with adrenal adaptogens instead of solely glandulars).
