I just ordered a retest, and I am following NB to a degree. I follow the diet and coffee enemas, but some of the supplements Wilson recommended are not good for me, like TMG. I'm an overmethylater.

my bowels are moving once a day, and I have dark stools, I didn't used to. I normally feel the relsease of bile after an enema.

Do you have any possible mercury or other heavy metal problems? Have you been feeling better?
