Are you using hair analysis. Or just copper detoxing on your own ?

If you know about the calcium shell, it sounds like you know a little about nutritional balancing.

I am doing nutritional balancing. Have you tried coffee enemas to relief detox symptoms?

Are your bowels movement a lite beige? If they are, that is a sign you are having trouble clearing toxins.

Did you just start taking zinc and the other supplements. When I first started a couple of years ago, it was pretty brutal.
