I have some experience of liver-flushing and I am familiar with the cycle of discomfort, with pain returning, after about two weeks. This is the time that it takes the chemical balance to re-establish itself following a liver flush. It may or may not be an indication of a biliary problem.

There are a number of causes for abdominal pain and unfortunately they give a similar pattern of discomfort. A detailed understanding of your symptoms are often the key.

If you do indeed have something blocking the gallbladder increasing the potency of the protocol may help shift it. People who have gone down this route have about 50% chance of eradicating the pain.
