I don't think a lot of what Dr Filonov says has any scientific basis, he's just made it up probably, so I don't believe some of his explanations.
I think what happens with dry fasting is the body gets swamped with T lymphocyte cells which are the fastest replicating cells in the body.

as for dry fasting being 3x better than water fasting, that's a bit conservative imo, it is much better than that, infinitely in fact, with Water Fasting some organs never get to rest and heal but with dry fasting they can.

Most of the questions you have have been answered before, you just need to go back a few pages on here and read all the posts as people (including me) are not going to answer the same questions endlessly I'm afraid.
