78 hours out of 96. I am vital and in good mood. Nobody at work realized about my DF. The nasal secretions are collecting in my mouth and I have to spit them periodically. Apparently my body expels the toxins and the unnecessary substances.
After completing 96 hours I am wondering whether to continue and achieve 120h.
Filonov advises not to exceed the targeted goal. I will decide tomorrow whether to break the fast or to continue ahead.
