Oh, and I'd highly recommend filtering your water, too. Don't buy bottled water. I hear that has contaminants, like methanol (wood alcohol), which can contribute to parasitic fluke problems (which some theorize contribute to diabetes, hypoglycemia and such). I'd recommend just getting a Brita water filter or something. Even the Great Value brand filters should be fine.

I've had filtered water on and off, but only when the tap water was making me ill did I notice a huge difference. It's a lot better, I think.
