You are lucky if you are getting 200 mg out of that 1000mg that you paid for.
If you want to try to make the best out of this situation, I suggest you turn them into powder form. That will of course get negate the sustained release but that wasn't accurate anyway.

Although this is not pure ascorbic acid, we can still make something better out of this: I would turn it into lipsomal vitamin c so you can at least absorb a good portion of what you bought and do yourself some benefit from it.

Contact me and I will send you the directions. What are you also taking the Vitamin C for? Is it for a particular ailment or prevention?
