You will find that those claiming to ship you "Rick Simpson oil" has no THC in it.  None.  You can't ship it across state lines.  There are imposters by the zillions out there falsely claiming to sell you "Rick Simpson" oil and they are liars.

Most of the United States is living during a new era of prohibition.  Even in the medical marijuana brochure that my oncologist gave me in Washington State where it is legal there are several sellers charging an up front cost of as much as $150 - which is not required and they are frauds.  I use a MM retail establishment where there are no up front costs.
