So, Mr. Capricorn, sounds like you live in Germany? That gives your words more weight in this instance. I think it's true that high doses are better than the low ones, so this may be the answer here. If Germans are getting Iodine through their food, more than likely it's not enough to avoid the problems with low-dose iodine. And of course the co-factors, selenium, B-2 etc. need to be there.
