Yesterday my ex gave me 3 kg of grape. Also there is half a kilo cottage cheese in the fridge. The temptation to break the fast this evening. The flesh is stupid Paul Breg loves to say in his book.
My problem is with my mental adjustment.
I have to remind myself repeatedly my ailments.
