Hello all,

This is my second time on The Master Cleanse and I'm on day 9.

The first time I was in really bad shape from a surgery six month prior. After a few days my eliminations were a vivid highlighter pen yellow with bits of black and brown.

This time my eliminations range between clear and brown. There is not a trace of yellow anywhere. In fact they seem to be getting darker so I plan to keep going past day ten.

What does all this mean? Did I have too much bile last time? Or not enough now? I had a physical this year and my liver and kidneys were in good shape. Is it safe to go on?
