In the USA there are governers and the such bitching about chem trails, the EPA condems it, states condem it and the pentagon says you have zero authroity to tell us anything,we own the upper air space above the entire country and in the case of chem trails, the entire world.

People must get it out of their heads that countries do not co-operate in the art of population controls and the idea that they can avoid the rocks. The world leaders work together, even back in World War I and II there were but ONE SIDE.

Right now CHINA is sucking up all the metals this world has to offer, dams are being built in an effort to shift the poles and change the rotation of this earth in a fruitless effort to avoid the future rocks. We humans can't change the system because the system controls our food/water/air supplies. We are being farmed and harvested. Maybe HARVARD and HARVEST mean the same??? At HARVARD you learn to HARVEST from the uneducated stock.
