Hi Marie,

I'm not sure men can take Starflower oil. In the US, it's called Borage oil. Women take it for the Omega properties, but also for hormonal balance. I'm sure it's available in most health food stores (i.e. iherb.com), but please check to see if it's ok for men to have.
