I don't have a lot in terms of what one would consider sitting pretty, I buy in small amounts but always over $1000 to avoid paying sales tax per Texas law. I have bought over $35 and under $7, still buying today. I don't trade in paper silver and don't sell silver for paper. I was forced to replace my truck due to an accident I had without collision insurance while silver was at 40 and the dealer accepted silver for the transaction. I had no other choice at the time as I have no credit and no money in any bank other than a checking account with minimal balance. I pay a price for being outside the system but I also avoid the 'idiot tax' in terms of usury and fees
