I grew up on TV, in first grade we got our first black & white little TV and I remember batman and lost in outer space came on the same night at the same time and we kids wanted so badly to see both shows. Only after I got into herbs and healtheir living did TV not seem important; I have zero regular shows, I go weeks with out seeing tv and if I do, it is only to watch a movie and NEVER a sit com or weekly show that can be so stupid today I don't know how anyone can stand them.

If I had my way, the TV would go all together, it is used too much as a baby sitter and that always leads to plenty of problems. The problem is, my wife never had a TV her entire life until we got married, so now tv for her is like it was for me when I was 6 years old. She does not watch that much of it, yet does not want to get rid of it.
