Upon thinking about this some more, some of these may not be parasites, though some definitely are.

In one of his videos, Dr. Richard Anderson of Arise and Shine (makers of Chomper and other herbal cleansers) describes these as coming from possibly the small intestine, or even some ducts like the common bile duct due to the striations. He could probably identify exactly where it is coming from by the shape of the striations.
