Everyone in my house get some iodine, kids; now teenagers; Iodine supplemented for 5 years. Cats, plants get their share too:)

I suggest a small amount of Lugols or SSKI (one drop each) to start with; and a little selenium methionine; like 20-30mcg; a capsule you can split open, sprinkle over food or in drinks. The Lugols can be taken in juice or milk. They wont taste any difference.

I also suggest giving them the co factors, like vit B, c, magnesium. Same as I would do if pregnant. Educate yourself by reading up all you can; like //www.curezone.org/faq/c.asp?a=13,281,2962


Also search within Trappers posts at the forum,his grandson is probably the most iodinated baby ever, doing great!
