They say I don't have diabetes, or a tendency to it, but who knows.
Sorry to read you still feel bad, keep working at it, you've got a problem therefor you can solve it.

"flu-like symptoms", that's exactly my feeling, only times 1000 tbh. I feel lost in my head, can't do anything all day.

I'm pretty sure my GI tract is a main problem in my fatigue...
I do have slight diarrhea (well very soft, unstructured stool) and occasional constipation.
