First let me tell you that I am no stranger to this horrific malady. I sympathize with you and all who are afflicted with this crazy-making THING. Whatever it is, I know it is real. I know for a fact that we are not nuts. Well, maybe some of us are nuts, but BEING NUTS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS VERY REAL DISFIGURING AWFUL SKIN "THING". It has seemed to go into some kind of remission, only to return! I believe I've had some luck with 'keeping it at bay' with that Nutra silver one takes orally and keeping skin exfoliated, especially dry brushing helps as well as daily shower using a scrubbie and also lye soap which is kind to one's skin. I don't think it is wise to treat your skin too harshly, as in exposing skin to very harsh chemicals that seem to damage the skin. I know we just want this weird stuff to leave our skin and bodies forever. Recently I got impetigo from cleaning out a very very dirty pool and was given Bactrim. I can't prove it, but it seemed to me that as long as I was on the Bactrim the 'weird skin thing' got better, to the point of gone. Stopped Bactrim...it came back...But perhaps I didn't take enough for long enough. Has anyone heard of taking Bactrim and it helping?? God bless us all.
