Hello! Question here. I'm 30 and have been taking Iodine for maybe 6 months, 4 drops of 2% lugols. I only had brief detox symptoms, a little rash and a couple breakouts and then it was over. Started on 1 drop/day and worked up from there. Anyway I guess got a little lax with the salt and co supplements and would take them every couple days to a week apart.

Anyway, about a week ago I started having these occasional heart palpitations. Is this from the bromide in my system because I haven't been doing a good job of flushing it out because I haven't taken my co-supplements enough? Should I stop taking Iodine for a bit and just focus on salt/supplements or should I continue with the Iodine but be more on top of the salt/supplements? I've started taking them daily for the time being but the palpitations continue. How long should I expect that to happen if I take them everyday? Should I have the salt several times per day? Or is there anything else I should do?

The other thing it could be is that I recently found out the cause of my Acne is demodex mites so I bought vet ivermectin as some people on CureZone have recommended, and used it as a topical on my face. That has really cleared up my skin (amazing!!) I started noticing the palpitations maybe a week after I started doing that. So I've also started putting only a drop of ivermectin on my face every other day instead of a few drops daily and I'm planning to stop entirely with it when my Acne is totally gone. Does anyone have experience with either of these things?
