I'm glad you came through it ok. Thanks for letting us know you are alright. I hope you are not offended, but for personal problems you may want to try prayer with your fasting. I have received great answers to prayer when I pray with my fasting. It is just a lot more powerful. If it's not your thing I understand. It's just a suggestion. As for me, I feel like I let a good fast go to waste if I don't seek God during the fast. Those of us who do that, know there is spiritual power in it. Again, please disregard the post if it is not your thing. I just thought it may help you since you mentioned personal issues.
