i meant to say in the subject line, "love yourself back into well-being". A slight, but hugely important difference. "Feeling good" is what the culture of processed food rests on--and that is a thing which feeds the taste receptors in the tongue primarily, (thus the "feeling good"), and often, as in the case of certain "bad" oils, produces substances and ingredients which can not be recognized by the body, but are allowed in anyway, through various subtle disguises or foolery, and this acts as a kind of equivalent to the old-fashioned idea of the cat burgler settling in. . . stealing, over time. You get the gist.

I say this not to generate distrust or fear of food, but to differentiate between what is called food, and what IS food.

And as always, it's good to remember, that some rare individuals Can eat anything, and transform it, if such requires it, into what amounts to healing balm. However, that's owing more to being of such a high vibration, and being in a state of receptivity, and not contraction (or un-love), such a person knows without a shadow of a doubt that everything is energy, and energy can be/is directed, through one's attention to it. what's called quantum physics.

I can hear some people saying, also, "but there are lots of those who eat anything they want, and they don't get sick, etc." The body is wondrous. It can adjust itself to untold
inputs, and always is doing so. There are also lots of people who, looking the picture of health, are diagnosed with cancers...

The point being, not to be concerned with what others are doing, except insofar as anyone asks for assistance, and one is honestly able to provide a few ideas, based on experience.

Everyone IS having their own experience, and it's unique,
necessary, but some things can be seen to be helpful to many, and to be exponentially 'positive'-- that is, to create more and more positivity, to extend that, at small cost.

One of these things is this fundamental truth, and putting it to use--The body does better with less, not more. Less is in sync with its natural mode of maintaining wellness, and being high-functioning. (So here we should reflect on what we are eating, and how it's making us feel.)If that less is alive, pulsing with solar energy, (think "high brix" as well),and is appreciated for all that brought it into existance, and into one's personal experience,
and is eaten in a state of natural grace, then it will be welcomed, and will act as medicine--fulfilling the ages-old and never out-of-fashion dictum, to **"let your food be your medicine, medicine your food".

The thing with medicine often not considered is, if it's the correct substance, only a very small amount of it is required, to set things back aright. (This is in stark contrast to the current economy-culture of daily-dosed "meds", in managing "conditions". As has been said, 'follow the money'. But don't get stuck there, in blame.) **This seems like a profound realization! Lots of reverberations. May they cause genuine well-being to arise in anyone reading/hearing this.
