the last paragraph is the GREATEST TRUISM I have read on this site, probably EVER!! I was doing great while treating myself with Clarkia or pharma and doing enemas to expel die off. Somehow my "consciousness" was convinced to stop doing the enemas even though I was VERY well aware that the enemas were extremely beneficial and a VERY necessary parrt of the removal and recovery process!
