I remember my first fast (13 years ago).

I had a "wow" moment went I awoke on day 9. For the very first time in a very long time, I awoke with NO PAIN anywhere. No where.

And my flexibility was absolutely amazing. What a wow moment for me.

My first book, of which I read during my fast, was Dr. Joel Fuhrman's book called "Fasting and Eating for Health"...
