Hi Steve, I think you're probably right with my liver being overtaxed. On the other hand my blood test results for the liver are always good with low liver enzymes. During the day I have plenty of energy, so I realy don't understand this reaction.

I think I will try Fo Ti and milk thistle in the future and now start with liver cleansing. I'm planning to take NAC and use wheatgrass for chlorophyl. Also I have MSM available. Do you think NAC and MSM are ok to take? I think these are more gentle on the liver.
