OK thanks. I have read some of Shelton's work, and he had a lot of faith in fasting That is one of the main reasons I made an account here. Right now I am at a college, but that will change in about 2 months, then I will be able to completely control what I can eat. In the near future I might just have a 2 weeks on a very clean diet like the one you have described.
