This is a bit of a follow up.

My aim in ingesting hemp oil (with THC - legal in my state) is to follow the protocol at this site:

I've speeded up my dosage and two days ago went with five drops, twice a day (late afternoon and bedtime).  I do not experience much of a high, if any.

Over a week ago on my first night at four drops I experienced the best night's sleep that I've had in months.  Last night I was on my second day of double dosage - five drops twice a day, and again had a more wonderful night's sleep and a great deal more energy today than I've had in several months.

In two or three days I will go with doses three times a day but if I have to drive someplace during the day I will either delay it, or cut out one of the doses.  I plan to do this for sixty days and so far I'm very pleased with the results.
