Itchy urethra is most likely yeast. D-mannose will knock out any yeast-related bladder issues in a day. It's worth its weight in gold.

If d-mannose doesn't work, you need to start trying antibacterials and antivirals. GSE, ACV, uva ursi, grape seed, olive leaf, oregano oil, etc. Good luck. I had a vicious UTI along with prostatitis for a year that didn't respond to Antibiotics . D-mannose knocked it out instantly.
