If your UTI were yeast-related, d-mannose should have knocked it out completely. That stuff is like magic for any sort of yeast-related bladder issues. I had a stubborn UTI on and off for at least a year, also with pus coming out of my penis. Doctor told me that men don't get UTIs and prescribed me Antibiotics about 3x, only for it to come back worse every time. D-mannose knocked it out in a day and it never came back. So much for the wisdom of conventional medicine. I also have recommended d-mannose to my wife's friends when they had UTIs, knocked theirs out too. It really is worth its weight in gold.
Your UTI may very well be bacterial or viral. If so, the answer will not be as simple as d-mannose. You are going to have to try a kitchen sink approach of anti-bacterials and anti-virals: GSE, ACV, oregano oil, olive leaf, grape seed, Colloidal Silver (I like Sovereign Silver brand), cat's claw, etc. Also I have had great luck with Herb Pharm's "Virattack" tincture for any sort of viral infections. Try a vitamin C (sodium ascorbate) flush. Uva ursi is supposed to be excellent for bladder issues. Also don't forget your probiotics.
Best of luck. Whatever you do try to avoid Antibiotics if at all possible.
