I recently stopped most all supplements for about 3 days now. no Iodine, nothing. EXCEPT for I made up some Liposomal C, a shot before bed. My body was telling and still is to go easy-er. I tend to push on myself hard. finally feeling some relief. chased a few chills away last night with extra shots of C now ready to re-access
